The hotel provides a prime location right on the Harbourside, convenient for exploring Bristol's attractions. The service was exceptional, especially Lana at Reception who ensured a great room. However, the room allocated was not as deluxe as expected. The restaurant offers a fantastic view of Bristol's vibrant nightlife, although the breakfast service could use some improvement.
